the city of lights!!
Got these amazing amazing photos from Metblogs. Uff Karachi sure is beautiful from high up :-)
The first one was taken from MCB tower and IIC looks breathtaking at night!
U can see regent plaza in the second one and ofcourse the Sea Breaze Plaza. As a child i was always afraid of this building falling down with wind pressure! for some reason it appeared very 'thin' to me. not in proportion with its hight. But it sure didnt fall down :-)
Sharah-e-Faisal looks so neat, no? wesey bhi its one of the cleanest roads here.
that reminds me, has anyone seen those 'mechanized sweepers' in operation yet?? i really want to see that machine on the roads, but i have they'll only be working on major roads. what abt the narrower more dirty roads? i hope they figure something out for them too!
Oh and talking of major roads, has anyone been to IIC after the traffic route change thing? thank god m not working there anymore, God knows what would have happened to me if i had to walk to the office all the way frm Shaheen complex! Dad says theres a real chaos situation on MA Jinnah road now that all the bus load has been shifted there! what a sensible move!!
do i sound too much like a 'Good evening Karachi' show on some local FM channel?
speaking of FM channel, did u they 'narrowcast' their shows?? uh-ohhh
