i need ideas!i need ideas for the book blog and i need them FAST!!!

name
title
template etc etc
i want to have a group blog but i dont know how to make one, plus i need volunteers for the group blog who can post book reviews, or just ANYTHING about book!
anyone out there willing to help??????????
